PAISBOA Health Benefit Trust exists to serve eligible schools with high-quality health plans at affordable rates. In order to be eligible, schools must be located in the state of Pennsylvania and be a member of the Philadelphia Area Independent School Business Officers Association (PAISBOA). Originally composed of Philadelphia-area schools, PAISBOA’s membership is growing beyond its original footprint.

Through PAISBOA, independent schools benefit from group purchasing arrangements (beyond health insurance), share business office best practices, and engage in professional development opportunities.
